Pat Jones YMCA - Cross Training

Cardio Core
focuses on calorie burning as well as strength training all muscles. Core training is emphasized during the entire class. Instructor will let you know what is needed for each class. Previous experience with cardio and weights is recommended, but not required.

Cross Training
takes place in the group exercise room. Lots of cardio. Instructor will let you know equip-ment needed for each class.

Cross Training +
uses the bike, training balls, bosu and lots more! Class begins in the group cycling area for 20-30 minutes and continues for another 30mins on the aerobics floor. Instructor will let you know the equipment needed each time.

Cycle Cross Training
this cross training class takes place entirely in the group cycling area and uses a variety of equipment (instructor will let you know what is needed for each class) and class may utilize the track.

Advanced Cross Training
is a one hour class that will give you a new level of working out! Anything goes, core strength, running, squats, lunges, push-ups, team challenges. You get the picture :) All fitness levels will be accommodated, BUT you must be prepared to work at your personal best!
