General Guidelines
• Only children ages 6 weeks – 9 years are allowed to play in the Kids Zone.

• Children are invited to play in the Kids Zone for up to two hours while their parent(s) or guardian(s) workout.

• Parent(s) or guardian(s) must be on the premises while child(ren) are in the Kids Zone.

• Parent(s) or guardian(s) must sign Child(ren) in and out of the Kids Zone, showing picture ID each time.

• Infant bottles are permitted only if the child's name is printed on them. No other food or drinks allowed.

• Children must be fully clothed, including shoes.

• Due to health concerns, any outside toys brought in must be left in your child(ren)'s bag.

• For the safety of your children we ask that parents refrain from entering the Kids Zone.

Diaper Guidelines
• Parents bring diapers and wipes for your child(ren) and place them in a labeled diaper bag.

• Please feed and change child(ren) prior to leaving them at Kids Zone.

• All diaper bags need to be properly marked with child's name.

Sick Child Guidelines
• In the event of an ill child, the parent(s) or guardian(s) will be paged and asked to take the child out of Kids Zone.

• A child with a fever or contagious illness such as chicken pox, strep throat, etc. may not stay in Kids Zone.

• All children must be fever free, vomit free, and diarrhea free for 24 hours prior to returning to the Kids Zone.

Discipline Guidelines
• If a child is harming another or is constantly disruptive, the parent(s) or guardian(s) will be paged.

• In addition to reinforcing positive behavior as a form of discipline, occasionally children will be placed in "time out"

for a short period if they are disruptive. If this occurs, the parent(s) or guardian(s) will be notified upon retrieving their child.

• If an inappropriate behavior continues, and cannot be redirected after multiple attempts, we ask you not to return your child to the Kids Zone.

•Though, we want every child to be successful in our programs, there are times when our programs will not be a fit for every child.

Cleaning Schedule
• All toys in the Kids Zone are cleaned with a bleach solution daily. Any toys put in mouths will be set aside until they can be properly cleaned.

• All large equipment, stuffed animals and dolls are washed and sanitized.
