What is it?
Personal training is a custom program designed to meet your specific needs. Our certified Personal Trainers are here to motivate and challenge you to reach your individual goals. Programs can include: cardio, weights, stretching, sport specific skills. It's all about YOU!!!

Who is it for?
Anyone looking for that extra motivation to reach their goals.

What is the fee?
Your consultation visit is free, after that sessions are:
1, 30 minute session for $17.50
1, 1 hour session for $35

And want to make if even more affordable? Find a friend with similar goals and split the price!
2 people can get 10, 1 hour sessions for $150 per person.
3 people can get 10, 1 hour sessions for $100 per person.
4 people can get 10, 1 hour sessions for $75.
