Volunteers
Volunteers are the lifeblood of the YMCA. The YMCA uses programming volunteers, event volunteers and policy volunteers that serve on YMCA boards. Which will you be? Contact us and let us know what you are interested in volunteering for.

Youth

Youth interested in volunteering at Ozarks Regional YMCA can contact Downtown Teen Director,
Korrie Kirk at 417.862.8962 X 137 or at kkirk@yourdowntownymca.org.

Adults and Older Adults

Ozarks Regional YMCA offers many volunteer opportunities that include:


Actively participating on our Corporate Board of Directors or on one of our Branch Board of Managers.

Helping with special events such as Artsfest, ANPAC's Car Show for Kids, Cider Days, Fall Harvest Festival, Healthy Kids Day, The Price Cutter Charity Championship and Rock 'N' Ribs Rock 'N' Y Playzone.

Directing runners at the Polar Bear Run in Bolivar, the Monett Midway 5K/10K Race, The Ozark Mountain Grape and Fall Festival 5K and the Y Not Run in Springfield.

Many other opportunites exsist that are not listed. If you have a gift, skill or talent that you would like to share please contact your local YMCA.
