Learn to Run a 5k
If you've always wanted to run a 5k but didn't know how to train, this 9 week program is for you! This is a slow and progressive jog/walk program meant for beginners or someone with little running experience. You will get to train with others learning to run a 5k in a fun environment. The class will finish with an optional 5k race.
Bridge to 10K
If you can already run a 5k and you want to run with a group that will push you to the next level, you can join the Bridge to the 10K group. This 4 week program will help take your running to the next level and give you the option of finishing a 10K race.
