the Y provides a fun safe environment for youth to engage in a variety of activities that promote physical and social well being.
Home School InterACTION is available to kids ages 4–12 on Mondays and Thursdays. Youth are divided into age groups and participate in activities that include 30 minutes of recreational swimming, 40 minutes of climbing the wall and 40 minutes of gym activities.
Home School Strength and Conditioning
For youth ages 12-16. Youth are taught proper usage of the fitness equipment. The first hour includes strength and cardio workouts, as well as flexibility components. The second hour is spent participating in group games in the gym or climbing the rock wall.
