Wellness for Bass Pro Employees
The Ozarks Regional YMCA offers a wellness program, especially for Bass Pro employees. We offer a number of group exercise classes, as well as personal training services for those seeking more personal attention.

Class descriptions
Advanced Cross Training (AXT): An intense class using high intensity interval training and circuit training workouts to challenge your fitness.
Body Project: Wake up your morning with an interesting mix of cardio, strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Beginner Toning: This class will have an emphasis in strengthening the core and uses a variety of equipment and routines that will tone the body and will be beginner friendly.
Beginner Yoga: There are different levels to meet everyone's needs; perfect for beginners.
F.I.T.: Cardio, strength and toning at a high level
Level 1 Yoga: This class will be a little more challenging. Erin will modify positions for your best experience.
Pumped Up: Strengthen your muscles and elevate your heart rate at the same time
