Cassville YMCA's new Boot Camp class is designed to push you to new heights! Classes consist of powerful workouts led by a motivating instructor that will encourage, motivate, coach and train participants to the highest possible level. Each class is filled with the challenge of high-intensity cardio, total body strength training and components for flexibility and balance.
Boot Camp is for everyone! The instructor will provide workout options for all levels of fitness!
Class times: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 6:00-6:45 am
Sessions dates: April 9-May 18
