Ages 6 months-3 years
Accompanied by a parent, infants and toddlers ages 6-36 months learn to be safe and comfortable in the water. This class focuses on exploring body positions, blowing bubbles and fundamental swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences.
This class encourages safe water exploration through the introduction of basic self-rescue skills. Preschoolers learn the swim-float-swim sequence in addition to the jump-push-turn-grab safety sequence.
Students continue to master the fundamentals of swimming and build stroke technique. Kids work on treading water, learn the front and back crawls, breaststroke, and butterfly to build confidence in the water and cultivate a passion for aquatic activity.
