Position: Part-time Tumbling Instructor
Location: Cassville YMCA
Reports to: Program Director

Wage Range: $9.45 an hour

Major Responsibilities:

• Use YMCA best practices, ensure participant safety, teach participants tumbling skills using a fun and motivating approach

• Work in conjunction with Tumbling Staff to promote participation and encourage return participants 

• Promote the core values of the Y-caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility

 

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as a gymnast

• Working with children and experience teaching tumbling preferred

• Strong communication skills required

• Must be motivating, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a desire to succeed
