Position: Part Time Data Entry Clerk

Reports to: Director of Mission Advancement and Development

Location: Association Offices, Downtown Springfield, MO
Wage Range: $10-$13.00 per hour / approximately 15 hours per week

The incumbent is responsible for maintaining an accurate database for gift and donor records in Raiser’s Edge and FundTime databases including assisting staff to utilize donor information to maximize philanthropy in the Association. Update and maintain accurate corporate membership records in OpTime/FundTime

Major Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain data integrity of the Raiser’s Edge and FundTime (CCC) databases.  This includes, but not limited to contributions, pledges, event registration, reports, queries, merges, solicitors, campaigners, and any other data required for financial development purposes. Filing and scanning when necessary.

  • Develop standards for correspondence, mailing lists, exports, and reports generated by the Association Office with the objective of quality outcomes and association vision; also, providing timely data and data analysis for Association staff as needed.

  • Assist with the monthly reconciliation of the donor database with Finance database.

  • Produce and mail pledge reminders and acknowledgements and prepare pledge cards as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • HS Degree

  • Microsoft Office and Database experience, Raiser’s Edge preferred

  • Detail orientated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
