Healthy Weight


This is a 12-week program that you can start anytime.


After registering for the program, sign up on the ORYMCA app to register for check-ins and meetings.


Must be a Ozarks Regional YMCA member to participate


  • Weekly weigh-ins and optional Wall charting

  • Meet with Personal trainers and certified nutritionist to build a weekly fitness contract to yourself 

  • Bring your own accountability partner or partner with one of our staff 

  • Weekly group discussions on different topics with our Personal Trainers and Certified Nutritionists  

  • Meetings available on Zoom also! 

  • 12 week goal of 12 lbs lost wins a prize
