Healthy Habits Challenge

This 12-week program is focused on making healthy habits a part of your everyday lifestyle and staying on track through the holiday season. This program will include monthly nutrition classes, full body measurements to track your progress, and support and accountability from wellness staff and fellow participants!



Start Date: October 7

Orientation: October 3

Award Ceremony: December 30

Weekly Components: 

  • Must attend 3 Group Exercise classes per week

  • One 30-min weekly personal training session

  • weekly food log

Cost: $150 Members/$250 Nonmember
