This is a 12-week program that you can start anytime.
After registering for the program, sign up on the ORYMCA app to register for check-ins and meetings.
Must be a Ozarks Regional YMCA member to participate
Weekly weigh-ins and optional Wall charting
Meet with Personal trainers and certified nutritionist to build a weekly fitness contract to yourself
Bring your own accountability partner or partner with one of our staff
Weekly group discussions on different topics with our Personal Trainers and Certified Nutritionists
Meetings available on Zoom also!
