Kid Fit is a 60-minute workout class incorporating cardio, bodyweight training, games and fun!
Ages: 6-12 years
Times: Mondays at 6:00 pm
Location: Class takes place in Gym D, but parents must check child into Kids Zone to receive a wristband granting access to class.
