Mommy Movers Boot Camp
Having a baby takes it toll on our bodies. This class will increase stamina to help you cope with the demands of a new baby. Re-align your posture using overall strengthening exercises. Improve your core strength, abdominals and help to repair your pelvic floor muscles. Our instructor will check for and correct any stomach separation issues. It will also be a great way to meet new moms!
