Check in: We ask that every time you come to class you stop and check in at the front desk prior to entering our pool area.
Weather Policy: If at any time we hear thunder or see lightning we will immediately clear the pool and pool deck. The pool will be closed for 30 minutes from the last time thunder or lightning is seen or heard. We will move the class to the classroom and still have class. There will be times when the poor weather occurs during or directly before a class. Please feel free to call 417-862-7456 to check on class status.
Cancellations: If the class is cancelled for any reason by the YMCA we will give you a refund or credit for the next class. If you miss a class due to illness, injury or vacation we will not be able to make up the missed time for each individual student.
