Youth Strength Training
Classes start March 1!
Class time: Monday, 5:45-7:30 pm
Group class fee: $20/Members; $40/Non-Members
This course will cover five components of physical fitness, training methods, hands on instruction covering proper bio mechanics on machine and cardiovascular equipment operation.
Youth ages 12-15 must successfully complete this course to access the YMCA fitness center. This program is approximately 4 hours in length and the class size is limited to no more than 6 participants. Classes will form once 3 participants are registered.
Private instruction is available, and can be scheduled around your availability. The individual will take approximately 2 hours.
