Join this 8-week fitness and skills clinic that will culminate with the Pat Jones indoor Y Not Tri on April 6. Participants will receive a training plan, weekly training sessions, and skills assessments. Each session will include instruction and the workout of the day led by a coach. Those who are looking to just get started, improve their skills, or just be held accountable over the winter are encouraged to attend.


This class is open to any fitness level - even beginners!


Dates: February 10-April 1

Registration Deadline: February 8 ($10 late fee applied to any registrations received after the deadline)

Class time: Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 pm

Fee: $75/Members; $100/Non-Members (includes class, race t-shirt and triathlon registration fee)

Location: Pat Jones YMCA


Swim: Must be able to swim the length of the pool in any manner necessary

Bike: Spin bike, no requirements

Run: Must be able to move forward. Walkers are encouraged
