HOW TO LOG AN ACTIVITY

  1. Tap, ‘My Calendar’ and select the day (or tap the ‘+’ icon)
  2. Tap the ‘+’, then activity by:
    1. Muscle group
    2. Equipment
    3. Search icon
  3.  Tap ‘Add Exercise’, then check the box for that exercise(s)
  4. Select the exercise; edit (add weight or time by taping on that set and input values
  5. The icon on your ‘My Calendar’ will appear in color. Activity logged!

HOW TO LOG AN ACTIVITY/ WORKOUT

  1. Tap, ‘Work Out Plans’ and select the day (or tap the ‘+’ icon)
  2. Select the type of workout:
    1. Club = Branch
    2. Standard = App
    3. Custom = User
  3.  Tap ‘Calendar’ icon or ‘plan this workout’. Select Duration
    1. Only Once
    2. Repeated = select number of weeks and specific days
  4.  ‘My Calendar’ will appear with greyed out icons.
  5. Select day. When workout is completed, check the boxes and the work out is now logged
