Grab a partner and sign up to play in the Simply Smashing Pickleball Round Robin tournament at the Monett Area YMCA. Compete in this non-sanctioned, outdoor doubles shootout tournament!
The Monett Area YMCA will be hosting multiple divisions of competition for players rated 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, or 4.0 according to the USA Pickleball Association Player Skill Ratings rubric.
Sign up for the division matching the your skill level. All skill levels are welcome! Teams are guaranteed at least three matches, with a round robin followed by a playoff to determine placing. First, second and third place teams in each division will win medals.
Not a YMCA member? You can still sign up for the tournament at Member Services. Just stop by the Monett Area YMCA to register.

Join before July 22nd and you’re automatically entered in the drawing. Just complete your new member paperwork at the Member Services counter and we’ll get you set up! As a bonus, we’ll waive the joiner fee for all new members!
Have a friend who wants to join? Bring them in before July 22nd and you BOTH get entered in the drawing! Have several friends ready to join? More entries for you! The more people you refer, the more times you’re entered!
Sometimes the simple way is the best way. Support your Y with a $25 donation to our Impact Campaign and you’ll be entered for a chance to win. If you want to improve your odds, increase the amount or your donation. Each $25 increment is another chance to win!

With 17 successful indoor Triathlons to our credit, the Pat Jones YMCA is proud to announce our second Outdoor Sprint Triathlon, the Tri at the Y, to be held on Saturday, August 24th, 2024.
The Pat Jones “Tri at the Y” Sprint Triathlon, a USA Triathlon sanctioned event presented in partnership with Heartland Racing, is designed to create opportunities for novice and beginning athletes while still challenging experienced racers. At less than half the distance of an Olympic triathlon, this 17-and-over event will consist of a 300-meter swim, an 8-mile bike ride, and a 5k run.
Continuing in our legacy of engagement with and enrichment of the Springfield Community, this event is designed to build community involvement through personal connections, collaboration, and the reinforcement of healthy lifestyles.
The Tri at the Y is routed on a beautiful bike and run course that weaves through neighboring southeast Springfield communities, and we are so proud and excited to bring this opportunity to the Springfield area.
We hope that you will join us for the inaugural Pat Jones Tri at the Y!

Seuss Science Day attracts 1500+ attendees annually from across Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Proceeds from Seuss Science Day support children’s educational programming on OPT and the Ozarks Regional YMCA financial assistance so that no one be denied access to memberships and services due to financial limitations.
