Adaptive Gymnastics

This new program serves children ages 6+, with special needs such as Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and other physical and cognitive disabilities. Studies have shown that sports and activities that focus on basic movement skills, such as gymnastics, are extremely beneficial to children with special needs. Classes that focus on physical activity and participation can be a positive influence on the daily life of a child with disabilities and are usually highly recommended by doctors and physical therapists.

We are happy to offer this class at no cost. If you can, please make a donation to support this program so it can reach more people.

Class day: Every Wednesday, 5:30-6:15 pm

Parents and guardians are welcome on the floor if special assistance is required.
